LEGO Club Builder Challenge

Kindergarten – 4th Grade

Tuesday, September 1, 4:30pm

Do you love creating with LEGOs? On the first Tuesday of the month, we will post a new building challenge on Facebook. Share your design in the comment section for your chance to win bricktastic bragging rights as the “Brick Builder Champ” of the month. Art Attack! Paper Bag Flowers

4th – 8th Grade

Your imagination mixes with art in this art club just for tweens. Follow along with the video to make some amazing art @ home. Create a masterpiece and do fun experiments at your own pace by following along with our art and science videos. No registration required.

Create your very own storytime at home with Family Fun Friday activities! Share DIY crafts, read, write, sing, and play with your little ones. Use the interactive early literacy virtual handout provided below (posted the day of the program), and on our Facebook and NLPL Kids Instagram pages, and discover different themes each week. Share your @ home pics on Facebook in the comment section to show what you created. No registration required.

Just For Tweens Lego Club

Sign up, pick up your LEGO kit, and hop on YouTube for awesome LEGO building challenges.

Girls Rock Book Club

Library Meeting Rooms AB

Make funky crafts, have a snack, and talk about books with other girls. This program is in-person, together in the Meeting Rooms at the library. Registration is required.

We're reading The First Rule of Punk by Celia C. Perez. Pick up a book at the Circulation desk.

Masks are required inside the library, and must cover the nose and mouth at all times. All in-person program participants must follow social distancing requirements.

Geek Out
