Are you accepting returns?

Yes. You may return materials to our building and book drop now.

What if I want to renew my item?

If you need to renew an item, you don't need to bring it to the library. Call us at 815-485-2605 to renew over the phone, or renew in your online account or in the new PrairieCat app.

I returned my materials, so why are they still showing as checked out on my library account?

Materials may remain on your account for a few days after they are returned as we shift back to our regular check-in processes. Please contact us (include your contact information) if your materials are still showing on your account after more than a week.
