Registration Required
The class is open to all abilities.
All participants must sign a waiver at the start of class.
Special considerations and modifications may be given by the instructor for students with chronic disease, inflammation, autoimmune disease, cancer, and injury rehabilitation. You are advised to consult your physician before beginning any fitness activity, yoga class, or exercise.
