Are you ready to give yoga a try? Looking to deepen your current practice?  Start with a solid foundation including safe alignment and breath.  In this class we will break down 6 poses and review modifications to build or take your practice further.  Open to all bodies.  Come breathe with me! Required items: yoga mat, water, blanket or towel. Registration required.
