Increase muscular length, strength and energy for everyday wellness in this fun-filled fitness class led by Elaine Gotfryd Noonan. With a master’s degree in exercise science and a background in professional dance, Elaine blends instruction with lots of fun...including a little cha-cha-cha! Your coordination and self confidence will improve as you enjoy moving and participating in all of life's activities. Chairs will be used for some warm-up exercises. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
