Ages 3-5 with caregiver. Little ones will dig into stories and creativity in this nature-themed program!

Ages 3-6 with caregiver. Enjoy storytime in the library’s Outdoor Naturescape followed by a nature walk! Bring strollers, water bottle & sunscreen to beat the heat!

Join local writers to discuss and workshop your writing. The group welcomes those new to the art as well as those with experience.

Ages 8-12.  Learn the basics of chess & use your skills with other players in this three week program.

Ages 6-12 with a caregiver   (July 9, 16, 23) In this 3-week class, kids will learn to cast, bait, and take fish off the hook. Fishing poles and bait are supplied. Class occurs rain or shine.

All Ages. We're bringing the library to you this summer!  Join us at Freedom Park for songs, stories, and other summer fun!

Ages 4-6. Join us for a tasty storytime adventure! Each week, we'll read a fun picture book together and then make a simple snack inspired by the story.

Ages 5-6. Calling all budding artists! Come listen to a story and follow along to create a fun drawing each month!

Ages 6 & up with caregiver. Engage in friendly competition and test your wits with a variety of exciting trivia challenges that span literature, history, science, and more!

Ages 3-12. Come get "tatted up" at the library!  Stop by the Youth Services Desk to get a fun temporary tattoo in honor of National Tattoo Day!  While supplies last. Limit one tattoo per patron.

Ages 1-3 with caregiver. A fun, hands-on experience perfect for the littlest patrons, Play-Doh Playtime is sure to bring out your child's creativity and imagination. Leave the mess to us in this drop-in style program!

Ages 4-6 with caregiver.  Big kids love Play-Doh, too!  Let your child's creativity shine in this Play-Doh program perfect for those who want to build and create.

Ages Birth-8th grade with caregiver. Let your creativity flow with an afternoon of self-directed arts & crafts at the library! Supplies will be provided and adult supervision is required.

Ages 3-12 with caregiver. Get ready to wiggle, giggle, and race at our earthworm race, Racin' Worms!

All Ages.  Stories, songs, and rhymes for the whole family.  

Ages 4-6. Grow and learn at this storytime specifically for preschoolers!  Sing along with songs, listen to fun stories, and then wrap it all up with a fun craft! 

1st-6th grade. Create some awesome art with a step-by-step video to help you create a masterpiece. THEME: Clay Mosaic Snail

3rd-7th grade. Make friends and get creative at this three week Dungeons and Dragons campaign perfect for beginner and experienced players alike.

Let's use the Cricut Maker 3 to make paper, vinyl, or heat transfer projects. 

This month, we will be making Paper Flower Shadow Boxes. All materials will be provided. 1 shadow box per patron.
