Mission Statement & Goals
Be an active voice in the Library community by participating in a variety of Library services and events. TAG emphasizes volunteering and developing leadership skills.
Teens will reach these goals by:
- Regularly attending monthly meetings
- Attending programs and events for teens at the Library
- Making and providing productive contributions toward group discussions
- Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all program participants
- Eagerly fulfilling the duties of any assigned T.A.G. positions
- Adhering to the Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct
- I will be respectful to everyone in this program, including their ideas and opinions.
- I will not interrupt others while they are speaking.
- I will not use bad language or put others down.
- I will clean up my space at the table and any common spaces before the program ends.
- I will keep my phone quiet.
- I will be a role model to my peers and hold myself to a high standard.
- I will be mature, cooperate with others, and always follow directions.
