Inkie.org is a suite of resources—available to everyone in Illinois at no charge—that supports local authors with online creation and publishing tools and allow readers to access locally-produced content.

NaNoWriMo logo, brown NaNoWriMo text, icon-illustration-style light blue and brown shield divided into four with icons in each quadrant clockwise from top left: a cup of coffee, a laptop, a stack of papers with the top two pages curling up, and two pens crossed; a Viking-style helmet sits on top of the shield

NaNoWriMo began as National Novel Writing Month in November, and grew to become an international support system for writers around the world. Each year on November 1, hundreds of thousands of people begin to write, determined to end the month with 50,000 words of a brand new novel.
